I was in a debate the other day…
Would love your input….
My spouse doesn’t believe in job titles.
I have stepped in to help his business, @serres_corp (General Contractor) with marketing.
He specifically believes job titles = egos and they’re an ego free zone.
He doesn’t shout that he’s an owner, entrepreneur, guru, ninja, manager, executive, and so on.
He could care less.
He does what he needs to do every day.
Instead of focusing on his title, he focuses on:
1. Taking care of his employees
2. Getting results
3. Doing what needs to be done
This is so rare.
Don’t get me wrong —> they have job titles.
We’re in CA. He just doesn’t care for them.
He also doesn’t have social. 🤯
